NJHS Eyeglass Drive - Feb. 6-10
The NJHS will be having an EYEGLASS DRIVE from Mon., Feb. 6 - Fri., Feb. 10. We would like to donate eyeglasses to help those in need. Please ask your family members, relatives, and friends if they have any used glasses they can donate. Let's work together in contributing to a caring cause! There will be a drop-off box in the MAIN OFFICE. Thank you!
GATE Parent Meeting - Thursday, February 9, 2012
There will be an informational meeting for all GATE/Magnet/SAS parents and students held on Thursday, February 9, 2012 at 5:00-6:00 PM. Please calendar this date!
CEAC/ELAC Parent Meeting - Friday, February 10, 2012
Please attend our CEAC/ELAC parent meeting this Friday, Feb. 10. The meeting will be held in the teachers' cafeteria at 8:10 AM. We hope to see all of you there!
Morning and After School Tutoring Closed from Feb. 6 - Feb. 24
After school tutoring and Morning Tutoring will not be available from February 6 to February 24, 2012. All forms of tutoring will resume Monday, February 27, 2012. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Mr. Bozin or Ms. Echevarria.

BOOK FAIR!
Our Book Fair will be from Mon., Feb. 13 - Fri., Feb. 17 (7:30 AM - 3:00 PM). Your child will be attending the Book Fair with their English classes sometime throughout the week. Friday, Feb. 17, the Book Fair will also be open from 4:00-8:00 PM. Be sure to drop by and check it out!

SAVE THE DATE...Family Literacy Night (Fri., Feb. 17th)
JB's 9th annual Family Literacy Night is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 17, 2012 from 4:00-8:00 PM. There will be a Farmer's Market on-site from 4:00-5:30 PM, fantastic workshops from 5:30-8:00 PM: yoga, tasting and sampling of foods, kick boxing, and much more! Our Book Fair will also be open during this time. Please make plans to attend this fun-filled family event!
